Ingredients

35ml Michter’s US*1 Unblended American Whiskey

25ml oloroso sherry

10ml double cream

5ml sugar syrup

1 whole egg

Ice

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, first dry shake all ingredients, then add ice and wet shake. Finally,double strain into coupe glass.

Grated nutmeg & dark chocolate
