Extremely popular across the pond, it's definitely time the Red Snapper gained more notoriety in the UK. A Bloody Mary made with gin instead of vodka, the celery gin used here combines perfectly with tomato juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

50ml Rutte Celery Gin
100ml Tomato juice
15ml Lemon Juice
4 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
7 Dashes of Tabasco
Pinch of Celery salt
Pinch of Black pepper

Method

Add all ingredients into a boston tin with ice and pass back and forth into a second boston tin. Perform this several times, keeping the texture of the juice but chilling and blending the ingredients.
