Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is a blended malt whisky matured in bourbon barrels, with its components sourced from two renowned Islay distilleries – one from the north coast and one from the south. Together, they create a rich blend with aromas of vanilla, amber-scented candles, tropical fruit and a hint of peat smoke; a palate of tangy fruits poached in maple syrup, barbecue smoke and vanilla custard; and a roaring peat fire of a finish.
