I have been working within the e-commerce industry since coming to London 15 years ago but not always in customer service.
Working for different companies has helped me to understand and develop the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service as well as identify new processes to improve the customer service experience.
My career path led me to join Speciality Brands in October 2021 as the Customer Service Assistant.
I enjoy socialising with my friends and family in Poland in my spare time. I also enjoy spending time with my friends in London by exploring the city, organising experience days and nights out, arranging board games and cards nights, puzzles, watching the latest movies, and chilling with a glass of wine or cocktail.
