Nikka From The Barrel is crying out to be served in the classic Mizuari - the high ABV perfectly balances out the ratio (1 part Whisky - 2 parts birch water).

We have given this a very popular serve a Spring twist with a fresh cherry infused whisky, topped up with birch water.

50ml Nikka From The Barrel (cherry steeped)
100ml Birch water

Method

This is done in the style of a Mizuwari cocktail, so a built drink. Simply add all ingredients to the glass with ice and gently mix. Top with more ice if required (making sure the glass is full) and then garnish.
