Exclusively for London Cocktail Week 2016, Bar Cocchi opened its doors within Worship Street Whistling Shop for a series of Negroni master classes with Cocchi's owner Roberto Bava, to highlight what makes Cocchi the obvious choice of Vermouth for a Negroni.
"The Negroni is a style of life" - Roberto Bava, Owner of Giulio Cocchi
This year for London Cocktail Week we created a very special pop up bar in Worship Street Whistling Shop. The week was punctuated by the Cocchi Negroni Classes which were hosted by Roberto Bava, owner of Giulio Cocchi, whose range of Vermouths is adored by Cocchi fans the world over. By keeping the gin and bitters fixed in the Negronis, guests were able to sip and savour how by using a different Cocchi expression you can create very different styles of Negroni, making Cocchi the obvious choice of Vermouth to use in this iconic drink.
