Sangrita
Translated literally as 'little blood' in Spanish, Sangrita is served in a shot glass on the side with Tequila in Mexico and usually is made up of orange and pomegranate juice with some spicy chilli sauce and lime juice in too. Ideal sipped alongside the Tequila.

Two shot glasses
Ingredients
40ml Don Fulano Reposado
25ml orange juice
10ml lime juice
5ml grenadine
3 or 4 dashes hot sauce
Ice
No ice
Method
Serve Tequila straight up and chilled. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour into the second glass.
