Ingredients
35ml Michter’s US*1 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
15ml A. E. Dor VSOP
10ml absinthe
5ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Ice
Cubed
Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice and 10ml of Absinthe, discard this. Pour rest of ingredients into a mixing glass, give it a stir. Pour into the rocks glass and garnish.
