Ingredients

50ml Nikka Coffey Vodka

20ml Akashi-tai sake Honjozo

100ml Double Dutch Watermelon & Cucumber Tonic Water

Ice

Method

First add the Coffey vodka into a highball glass, then fill glass with ice. Next add the other ingredients. Give a gentle stir making sure not to kill all the carbonation. Add more ice if the ingredients are floating in the glass.
Garnish and serve.
