Italian vermouth and aperitivo producer Cocchi is proud to announce it has secured a new partnership with Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana starting September.

Launching just in time for Rudy’s famed ‘Negroni Month Campaign’, three expressions Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino, Cocchi Rosa and Cocchi Americano will be available on the group’s Negroni Month menu.

The partnership, secured by distributor Speciality Brands, marks the first listing of this scale in the on-trade channel for the Italian vermouth as it continues its UK expansion.

Over the past few years, Cocchi has significantly strengthened its presence in the market, capitalising on the growing demand for quality vermouths with strong historical provenance and an appetite for the ‘aperitivo’ moment. This growth has also been driven by the popularity of classic cocktails such as the negroni, the martini and the spritz combined with the support of the bar community and a more educated consumer looking for brands with heritage.

Giorgio Bava, Cocchi’s Export Manager comments: “We’ve been huge fans of Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana for a few years and securing such a prominent listing with the group is a major win for us. We’ve just had
the team visit our Coconato home so we're really looking forward to what will be a strong partnership celebrating iconic Italian brands and kicking things off with Negroni Month!"

Cocchi vermouths will be available across the 40-strong restaurant group from 1st September with the Negroni Month activity running until 30th September. Cocchi will remain on the menu as house-pour vermouth.

Rudy’s pizzeria Negroni Month Menu includes four negronis made with Cocchi:
• Negroni Al Sole: Cocchi Rosa, Campari, Malfy Rosa, grapefruit soda – this was created by Rudy’s Prestwich GM Beth Papalia following her trip to Cocchi in 2026
• Classic Negroni: Cocchi Storico, Vermouth di Torino, Campari, Malfy Gin,
• Negroni Bianco: Cocchi Americano Malfy Gin, Italicus
• Pomegranate Negroni Sour: Cocchi Rosa, Campari, Malfy Gin and Pomegranate Syrup
