Tasting Notes
Nose
A rich combination of toffee and fruit rolls out of the glass – sultanas, stewed apples and freshly sliced, ripe pears.
Palate
Sharper than expected, with Granny smith apples joined by sultanas, plump raisins and Muscat grapes.
Finish
Fruity and lingering, with toffee quickly fading to reveal orchard fruit and cinnamon spice.
Comment
A bold Cognac, with acres of fruit and controlled spiciness. A rounded and easy drinking spirit.
