This artisanal Ensamble mezcal combines Espadín and Mexicanito agaves, creating a distinctive expression that highlights the unique character of each variety.

Mexicanito agave grows across western Mexico, from Sonora to Oaxaca, typically thriving in foothills and pine-oak forests. Known for its impressive size, it can reach extraordinary proportions and develops complex flavours over its long maturation period.

Each Ensamble is unique, with the combination of agaves creating a layered profile that often reveals notes of fresh-cut herbs, oak, stone fruit and a delicate finish reminiscent of apricot kernel and cherry brandy.

A celebration of traditional mezcal-making, this expression showcases the harmony between different agave varieties and the craftsmanship of the producers who bring them together.
