Nose
Dried figs, raisins and toffee, along with toasted macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
Palate
Brown sugar and caramelised pineapples.
Finish
Dry oak spice.

Australian Tawny is a style of wine similar to Port, with rich, nutty flavours and lots of red fruit and spice. Ageing in wooden barrels used to mature Tawny brings additional depth and complexity to the whisky.
