Kaveri was founded in 2023 by Varun Sarna, after taking a step back from his career in law and developed a passion for cooking. Born in a kitchen, the liqueur began with hand-pressed fresh ginger and recipes shaped by instinct rather than formula. Inspired by family traditions, Indian street vendors and whole, natural ingredients, Kaveri brings together the ancient rituals and bold flavours of India.
