A contemporary take on the classic Negroni, with rum in the place of gin. Originally crafted at the iconic Milk & Honey bar in NYC.

Ingredients
- 40ml Finest Caribbean
- 20ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
- 20ml Campari
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
Ice

Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and add ice. Stir until chilled and diluted to your preference, being careful not to over-dilute. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with orange twist.
