60ml Boatyard Double Gin

25ml Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth

2.5ml olive brine

Dash of celery bitters (optional)

Method

Add ingredients to a mixing glass, stir until chilled. Fine strain into a coup and garnish with good olives.
