- 60ml Boatyard Double Gin
- 25ml Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth
- 2.5ml olive brine
- Dash of celery bitters (optional)

Method
Add ingredients to a mixing glass, stir until chilled. Fine strain into a coup and garnish with good olives.
