40ml Boatyard Double Gin
40ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
Ice
Straight up
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir it down and serve in a chilled coupe glass, or over ice if in a rocks glass.
Garnish
Orange zest.
