- 60ml Cocchi Rosa
- Tonic water, to top

Method
Pour the Cocchi Rosa into the glass, add strawberries and ice, then top with tonic. Place a fresh sprig of basil in the glass. Dip half a strawberry in black pepper and place on the glass or at the side.
