40ml Calvados Selection
10ml
30ml Aged White Port
10ml Poire William Liquore
3 Dashes of Peach Bitters
Ice
Straight up
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir until chilled and to the right dilution. Pour into a chilled coupette, garnish and enjoy.
