- 50ml hibiscus tea infused Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej
- 125ml Raspberry & Orange Blossom Fever-Tree
- 3 dashes saline (optional)

Method
To infuse the mezcal: Add a hibiscus tea bag to 300ml of Doba-Yej and leave for 10mins, then remove. To build the cocktail: Add all ingredients to a highball glass over ice, stir, and garnish.
