Ingredients
60ml Lot No. 40 Canadian Rye Whisky
10ml chilled mineral water
5ml sugar syrup
8 fresh mint leaves
Ice
Crushed ice
Method
Add mint and sugar syrup to julep tin. Gently press the mint. Add the rest of the ingredients and filled with crushed ice. Gently churn and stir with more crushed ice. Garnish with more mint.
