Manhattan
As with most cocktails, the origin of the Manhattan is shrouded in debate, although its recipe has undoubtedly always called for whiskey, vermouth and bitters. Here, Michter's US *1 Bourbon combines with Cocchi Di Torino and bitters to create an exemplary Manhattan.

Ingredients
45ml Michter’s US*1 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
15ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Ice
None
Method
Add all of the ingredients into a stirring glass , add ample amount of ice cubes and stir for about 30 seconds. Pour into the glass, straining and removing the ice.
