35ml Michter's Rye, Mint Steeped
35ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
5ml Yellow Charturse
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted. When ready, strain whilst pouring into a chilled glass. Garnish.<br><br>* For your mint steeped Michter's Rye, add a pack of mint from your local supermarket into your bottle of Rye, and leave to steep for 24 hours. Once ready, remove mint and filter if necessary.
Discarded lemon zest and finish with small mint sprig
