Created in spring for Whiskeria magazine, this fresh twist on the classic Old Fashioned opens and highlights the green and spicy flavours of Michter's Rye. Rich and fresh at the same time.

Ingredients
50ml Michter’s US*1 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
10ml nettle cordial
3 dashes cardamom bitters
Ice
Cubed ice
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted. When ready strain whilst pouring into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish.

Orange zest and mint sprig.
