Takamaka

Takamaka was founded over 20 years ago by brothers Bernard & Richard d'Offay, with a shared dream to produce a rum that celebrates the character and people of their beautiful home of the Seychelles, and put them in the same conversation as other legendary rum producing islands around the globe.

Takamaka has evolved over the years and its latest and most significant move was to the La Plaine St André, a National Monument that dates as far back to the first settlers of The Seychelles. This is where Takamaka calls its home and houses the Trois Frères Distillery, beautiful botanical gardens and Le Grand Maison which acts as the visitors centre to host guests.
