Kaveri Ginger, The Exotic Ginger Liqueur has joined the portfolio of award-winning drinks distributor Speciality Brands, as the brand looks to accelerate its UK growth.

The brand launched in 2023 by Varun Sarna, after he took a step back from his law career and developed a passion for cooking. Kaveri Ginger is made with fresh cold-pressed ginger and a distinctive blend of Indian-inspired ingredients, including jaggery, raw mango and Himalayan black salt. Bottled unfiltered to preserve the full character of its natural ingredients, it delivers a vibrant balance of sweet, sour, spicy and savoury flavours. Kaveri shines in a wide range of cocktails and is equally enjoyable served neat over ice.

Since its launch Kaveri has quickly built a presence in some of the world’s most renowned venues, including Claridge's, The Dorchester and The Ivy Collection. It is also available beyond the UK, in Ireland, the Middle East and the Maldives.
