BarSol Mosto Verde Italia
"Mosto Verde" is a very special type of pisco, made by distilling the semi-fermented "green" must. This gives the pisco enhanced aroma, more characteristic of the grape itself, and a richer texture that is smooth on the palate. The Italia grape shows it's full fruit driven, juicy potential in this increadibly mosto verde expression.
