Stewed apple, aniseed, and dried figs along with ripe stone fruits and candied orange peel.
Palate
Honeyed sweetness with raisins and sultanas.

Red grapes and prunes.

Ageing in a small cask size increases the surface area ratio between the wood and the whisky, ensuring a more intense interaction between the two and leading to this powerful and decadent single malt whisky.
