Chopin Family Reserve Vodka is a unique and highly prized vodka from the Dorda family. The spirit is produced from young potatoes, harvested in the summer rather than autumn whilst their skins are soft and their flesh tender, producing a sweet and exceptionally delicate taste. After being distilled, the spirit is rested for two years in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels to allow the spirit to mellow before being bottled by hand. The vodka opens up with notes of clove, liquorice and cinnamon, along with roasted apple and a sweet, gentle musk.
