Don Fulano Añejo is a marriage of very old tequilas aged in French limousine oak casks that previously held wines. It’s deep and complex with dried fruits and spice elements like cardamom and allspice which complement elegantly the right touch of sweetness that comes from slowly cooked mature agave. Honey and caramelized nuts emerge from a long finish together with a refreshing light menthol.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Elegant and aromatic, with rich dark fruit and delicate floral notes – fragrant jasmine and honeysuckle.
Palate
The delicacy of the nose carries on into the palate, with the dried fruit providing a base on which to build other flavours. Peppery agave is accompanied by sweet banana and maple syrup, ground coffee and a sweet almond nuttiness.
Finish
Very long, with dry spice and agave pepperiness.
Comment
A refined añejo, bringing in cask character without letting it overtake the delicate flavours in the spirit.
