Sylva was created in 2024 by Ben Branson, the founder of Seedlip who revolutionised the non-alcoholic drinks industry. His vision for Sylva was to create an entirely new category of aged non-alcoholic dark spirits designed for sipping slowly. Made at Sylva's distillery and maturation lab on the Essex/Suffolk border, the range uses pioneering distillation, wood extraction and sonic maturation techniques to unlock rich, complex flavours from grains and over 200 tree species, creating innovative spirits with depth and character at less than 0.5% ABV.
