Initially starting out in chemical engineering, Jody soon turned his sights to bartending and has since accumulated over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including owning his own Top 50 listed cocktail bar in Edinburgh. Jody has won multiple titles during his tenure including Mixologist of the Year, and most recently worked as brand ambassador for Monkey Shoulder.

When he's not talking about spirits and cocktails, you'll find Jody painting, gaming with friends, or riding around the Scottish countryside on motorbikes.
