With a 10 year strong background in hospitality running hotels, bars, and restaurants, Kieran made the decision to switch from one side of the bar to the other, joining Cellar Trends (now Amber Beverage) in 2016 to manage Soho and the West End, eventually heading up the London sales team. Now with 17 years in the industry under his belt, he has developed a love of Tequila – even earning him the nickname Tequila Wheeler among friends.

Outside of work, you are likely to find Kieran propping up a bar in his old stomping ground of Soho. With a lifelong passion for music, lockdown finally gave him the opportunity to learn an instrument, picking up a Ukelele and learning a single song – Half the World Away by Oasis – before hanging up the strings. Now, he leaves the performing to others as he spends time at festivals and gigs, or travelling the world – but is mainly kept busy by his young son.
