50ml Nikka Coffey Malt
15ml Akashi-Tai Ginjo yuzushu
Ginger beer, to top
Ice
Cubed
Method
Add all ingredients into a highball glass, fill with ice then gentle stir making sure all the flavours are mixed and balanced. Garnish and serve.

Sprig of mint; edible flowers (optional)
