Tasting Notes
Nose
Candied sweetness and mineral smoke, followed by lime peel, dried apple, mango, papaya and blood orange.
Palate
Smoke, sweet wood and spice lead into fruit jellies, shortbread and citrus zest.
Finish
Sweet and citrusy with a gentle white-pepper tingle.
Comment
Gently smoky, with peat sitting behind Amrut's characteristic sweet fruit and soft spice.
