Black Tot Historic Solera
A rich, decadent sherry cask rum. Created from a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados and Jamaica that is further matured in PX and Oloroso sherry casks before a final aging period in an authentic solera system that was previously used in sherry production in Jerez. Delicious neat or paired with cured meats, cheeses and chocolate, or mixed in bold rum-forward cocktails.

Figs, plums, rich chocolate, creamy fudge and warming winter spice.
Palate
Intense chocolate character with lightly roasted coffee.
Finish
Long, with charred citrus zest, tropical fruit and lingering spice.
