Crafted using ancestral techniques by Los Siete Misterios’ skilled Maestro Mezcaleros in Sola de Vega, this artisanal mezcal reflects the deep connection between agave, land and tradition. The agave is cooked underground, crushed using traditional methods, naturally fermented and finally distilled in small olla de barro (clay pot) stills.
One of the most iconic expressions produced by Los Siete Misterios, Coyote showcases the rarity and craftsmanship that define exceptional Oaxacan mezcal.
While traditional methods remain at the heart of production, occasional tools such as mechanical wood shredders may be used to assist with agave crushing. This allows the mezcal to maintain its classification as an artisanal expression while respecting the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle.
