Nikka Coffey Gin is enriched with Japanese citrus flavours developing a fresh and unique gin.

This blend of grapefruit, yuzu tonic and salt complements the botanicals in the gin giving a wonderfully fresh, complex and a salty kiss.

Ingredients

50ml Nikka Coffey Gin
75ml Grapefruit juice
50ml Fentimans Yuzu tonic water

Ice

Cubed

Method

Add first two ingredients into a glass that has been pre rimmed with salt, fill glass with ice, give a small stir mixing them together. Add more ice making sure the glass is full. Top with yuzu tonic and then lift other ingredients from the bottom with a barspoon. Garnish and serve.
