PROVIDENCE 3 YEARS OLD 2021 Aged in barrels that previously held other Providence expressions, as well as bourbon and the iconic Caronirum, the unique character of this rum comes from its production using dunder and syrup made from the Cristalline sugar cane variety. Small quantities of the second rum released by Distillerie de Port-au Prince - Providence 2020 - are also still available to purchase.
