Black Tot Finest Caribbean
A vibrant blend of Caribbean rums, expertly blended for a flavourful, layered, everyday rum. Combining rums from Barbados, Trinidad, Guyana and Jamaica for flavours of ripe pineapple, vanilla fudge and toasted cinnamon. This creates a rum with complexity for sipping and bold flavours for mixing.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Thick and fruity, with pineapples, bananas. There is also notes of golden syrup, brown sugar and sweet sugar-cane juice, with a touch of polished oak following in their wake.
Palate
Rounded and rich, with butter toffee, banana cream and caramel to start. Gentle cinnamon and allspice build, with more fruit – baked apples, pineapple cubes and dried mango – joined by coffee, bittersweet dark chocolate and a grind of black pepper.
Finish
Chocolatey mocha coffee fades, leaving roasted bananas and a tingle of anise.
